Description
The Growing Borobudur Necklace showcases one of Indonesia’s most iconic chain-weaving techniques in a striking graduated design. Handcrafted in premium 925 sterling silver, the necklace gently increases in width from 5 mm to 10 mm, creating exceptional depth, movement and visual impact.
Every link is individually woven by skilled artisans using the traditional Rantai Borobudur technique, named after the magnificent Borobudur Temple in Central Java. Inspired by the temple’s pagoda-shaped architecture, the intricate pattern reflects generations of Indonesian craftsmanship and expertise.
The handcrafted clasp is decorated with polished silver spheres that perfectly complement the growing design while allowing the necklace to be adjusted from 45 to 50 cm. This substantial piece weighs aprox 160 g, making it a bold statement necklace that remains comfortable to wear.
Custom lengths are available upon request, allowing each necklace to be tailored to your preference.
