Description
The Agadez Pendant is handcrafted from solid 999 silver by skilled Tuareg artisans, using traditional silversmithing techniques passed down through generations. Starting from a solid silver ingot, the silver is hammered, filed, and carefully shaped by hand before every decorative motif is individually engraved using simple traditional tools.
Inspired by the traditional Agadez Cross, the pendant is distinguished by its striking geometric silhouette. A diamond-shaped center extends into three elongated pointed terminals, creating a bold yet harmonious design with clean architectural lines. The composition is completed by a large circular bail, fully engraved by hand, which becomes an integral part of the pendant while enhancing its distinctive character.
The intricate motifs are engraved on both sides, allowing the craftsmanship to be appreciated from every angle. Because each pendant is individually shaped and engraved by hand, no two pieces are exactly alike. Slight variations in the engraved patterns and finish are a natural result of the handmade process, reflecting the authenticity and individuality of every creation.
