How does the online shopping works?

After your order is received you will receive a confirmation e-mail. We will proceed to check availability. If there is stock, your purchase will be sent within 1-2 working days and will arrive to the provided address according to destination delivery terms.

Unavailability is an unlikely event. Yet, since all of our pieces are made one by one, it may occasionally occur due to delays in updating our system. In case that stock is nonexistent we will inform about it and you will decide if you prefer waiting for the piece to be made and send to your address or cancel your order and be refunded. Sometimes the piece is in stock but the size must be adapted. In those cases, delivery may take 1 to 7 additional days. You will be informed if that is the case.

How long will delivery take?

As long as the chosen piece is in stock, our express delivery times are: Europe 1 to 5 working days, America 2 – 5 working days, Asia , Africa and Oceania 2 – 10 working days.

If stock is nonexistent we will contact you to inform about it and you will have the possibility of waiting for the piece to be made or cancel your order and be refunded.

Does my product has a warranty?

Yes! All our pieces are hand-crafted, and sometimes minor errors occur during the making. If this occurs, we will fix the mistake or replace the piece with a new one. Please note that we will however not be responsible for damage ocurred due to extensive or inappropriate use of your jewellery. In case of any issue contact through: info@ethnopurshop.com

What delivery charges apply?

Standards Delivery is free of charge worldwide (Standard National Courier).

Express shipping (DHL, FEDEX, SEUR, MRW, etc) is free of charge except in the following cases:

  • Amounts below 150 €, extra charge 15 €
  • Buying from Africa, Asia and Oceania, if amount is below 200 €, extra charge 25 €
Returns & Cancelations

If you are not satisfied with the piece, you have the possibility of sending it back within 14 days after reception date. We will either refund you the money, or, depending on availability, offer to send you a different piece. Return cost must be paid by the sender. In certain dates (such as Christmas), the return period will be extended.

Is there a showroom I can visit?

You can visit us in:

We also have a representative in Norway and Canada.

I will receive any packaging with my order?

Yes you will receive Ethnopur packaging under no additional cost. It consists in a piece of kashmir cloth to wrap your piece, a swede pouch or synthetic leather box, a short story about your jewellery and a draw of inspiration piece.
